How to Redeem Rewards

Schools have full control over the types of rewards that are offered.

School leaders can set the list of available rewards from their settings, see how here.

When posts are boosted, a reward can be offered at the same time. When you receive a reward, you'll get an email notification. To view your rewards, make sure you're logged in.

From the dashboard, click the gift icon.

Your rewards page will look a bit like this 👇

The top section shows a list of rewards that you've received and are yet to redeem. Let's take a closer look at one 🕵️‍♀️

Redeem a Reward

1. Click the redeem button.
   A box will appear asking you to accept the reward on offer 👇
   
   
2. Click the checkbox and then redeem.
   The colleague who gave you the reward will be notified by email that you've accepted it. All that's left to do is have a conversation with them to let them know, if they don't already, which chocolate is your favourite.
   
   
3. When a reward is redeemed it will move to the 'redeemed rewards' section.
